David Hayden paints “MG Siegler and Sarah Lane” (TechCrunch would be so proud.)
Says David: “I decided on this piece to work a little differently that I usually do. Instead of using the gray scale color pallet. Using Procreate feature of being able to use custom brushes not only as a brush but also as the eraser and the smudge tool and adjusting the transparency. I basically added black where I wanted it to be shaded while adjusting the opacity for various levels of gray and using the eraser where I wanted it to be lighter. So what this allows me to do is to use any colors as a back ground and that color will show through in place of the white level.”
